The design

Solution F supports you in the design of your projects and offers several services:

Design work on any combustion engine base
Design work based on powertrains or demonstration vehicles
Design from scratch (engine, propulsion system, vehicle, etc.)
Management of complete projects, from simulation and design to demonstration.

We have all the design tools used in the automotive and aerospace industries: Catia v5, Ideas, Autocad, Adams, Mitchell, Matlab Simulink, Geomagic, CADM V9.

Simulation and prototyping

A distinctive feature of Solution F is its ability to take on projects as soon as the specifications have been finalized.

To achieve this, Solution F relies on a “simulation and systems” division:

Feasibility studies, preliminary sizing, system architecture,
Functional simulation (Matlab, dedicated tools, etc.),
FEM and CFD calculations, etc.
Development of prototype application software,
3D printing to validate hypotheses.

Production

Our high-performance production activity allows for complete autonomy and great flexibility, ensuring responsiveness and confidentiality for the manufacture of complex, high-precision parts:

3-axis and 5-axis machining centers,
A mechanical welding department,
High-performance metrology,
A prototype wiring workshop.

We have two assembly sectors:

One specializing in engines and powertrains,
The other in vehicle assembly.

Integration

Our expertise in the design and operation of each component in a powertrain enables Solution F to offer customized, sustainable solutions that can be integrated into any type of vehicle. We can assist you with:

Mechanical, electrical, and software interfacing,
Development and/or adaptation of the VCU for power source, energy, and hybridization management,
Fine-tuning.

GCK Performance, a sister company of the GCK Group, can also provide additional support for the installation of powertrains in existing chassis or those designed in-house. Thanks to this comprehensive expertise, we support our customers in their most ambitious projects with performance, agility, and confidentiality.

Test benches

Solution F is one of the few players on the market to be equipped with hydrogen test benches!

We have two high-power test benches compatible with all types of energy: gasoline, diesel, hydrogen, alternative fuels, etc.

This equipment delivers top-of-the-line performance: max. power of 600 kW, torque of 900 Nm, max. speed of 12,000 rpm, rapid data acquisition, and combustion and pollution analysis.

We therefore offer the design and production of all types of test equipment for the analysis of complex mechanical systems and component test benches (lubrication, bearings, gears) for a wide range of technologies used in the automotive and aerospace industries.

The installation of these new hydrogen-compatible test benches is supported by the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur Region and co-financed by the European Union.
